Leviathan Game Engine is an in-progress 3D game engine written in C++. It uses various open source libraries: Ogre, CEGUI, AngelScript, SFML, Boost libraries and Newton game dynamics physics. The full source of the engine will be available when it is ready to be used - or when somebody wants to use it.
You can view the current documentation from the link above. The documentation will probably contain some more general information in the future.
As of now there are no SDK (development kit) available and won't be for quite a while. You might want to check out the demo programs, though.
